At Gosport Masonic Hall on 9^th April 2025, Alwarestoch Lodge received an Official Visit from the Assistant Provincial Grand Master for Hampshire and Isle of Wight, W. Bro Paul Hillyard, and members of the current provincial team.  The event was supported by numerous visitors, including the Provincial Director of Ceremonies, W. Bro. Bill Starkey, the Solent Area Chairman, W. Bro. Clive Dobson, and a number of Grand Lodge Officers.

Members of Alwarestoch Lodge performed a First Degree ceremony, in which a new member was welcomed into the Lodge. This was followed by a hearty meal and less formal enjoyment.

There is little doubt that all who attended enjoyed their evening with the Lodge members, who look forward to them visiting on future occasions
